They charged me to replace a bunch of parts because my ac wasn’t working. 4000 dollars and the problem wasn’t even fixed.
Edit: they reduced the price to 3500 after I wrote this post. I see that Auto Check replied. I brought the car in because the system wasn’t cooling properly, not because of an “ac problem.” It was Auto Check’s diagnosis that led to replacing multiple parts only for the cooling issue to be unresolved. Furthermore, they introduced a new problem. The car can no longer charge above 12%. Unfortunately they are not experienced with this type of vehicle.
No, we didn’t edit the price after this. Your a liar its that simple. There would be no point in giving you any refund after your horrible review that isn’t even close to accurate.
You bought a previously crashed Tesla. Unfortunately, buying a wrecked vehicle at a bargain price often means inheriting someone else's expensive problems.
You brought it to us claiming the A/C was draining the battery. We found a cooling fan that was noisy and not operating at the correct speed, along with a coolant pump that was running continuously, making excessive noise, and not circulating coolant. Both are known causes of A/C and battery cooling issues.
We repaired those verified failures, returned every replaced part to you, and even hired an independent diagnostic company to document the vehicle's condition and have photos.
Only after those repairs were completed could we confirm the A/C compressor had also failed. Since Tesla must program a replacement compressor, we recommended you take it to Tesla for the remainder of the repair.
We fixed exactly what we said we would fix. The condition of the rest of a previously crashed vehicle isn't something we created—it's something you purchased.
And you also lied about your bill. It was $3500
